Q: Do I need to know how to use Go High Level to use this?

You don’t need to be a tech expert or have experience using GHL but you should be comfortable using basic online tools. We handle the system setup for you, and you’ll receive a training video to walk you through how to use it. You’ll still be responsible for posting your job ad, reviewing applicants, and conducting interviews. If you ever need extra help with the automation, we offer a la carte support at $97/hour.

Q: What exactly is included in the $497 package?

You get one job funnel, a fully built pipeline, customizable job form, automated follow-ups, calendar integration, and a dashboard to manage applicants. It’s everything you need to customize as needed to start hiring.

Q: Can I update job descriptions or questions?

Yes! You can update your job descriptions and screening questions anytime directly inside your system. Our training video will walk you through it step by step.

Q: What happens if I want to hire for a second role later?

You can add additional job funnels later either DIY or have our team build it for a small fee.

Q: Do I have to pay extra every time I hire a new VA?

No. You can reuse your funnel as many times as you'd like for the same position. If you need a funnel for a new role, you can build it or have us set one up for a small additional fee.

Q: Is the $29 monthly fee required?

Yes, unless you're already using our Employee Onboarding or Lead Nurture services. That fee keeps your system live and synced. Cancel anytime, no contract required

Q: Does the $29/month fee include support?

No. The monthly fee covers your account hosting and system access. For help beyond the initial setup, we offer a la carte support at $97/hour.

Q: What happens if I stop paying the $29 monthly fee?

Your account will be deactivated and you'll lose access to your funnels, templates, and automation history. To keep the system live and usable, the $29 monthly fee must stay active.

Q: What if I want help with setup later?

No problem! You can add our Done-For-You setup service at any time for a one-time $697.

Q: Does this include Indeed posting?

No. You’ll post your job on Indeed using your own account. Depending on the package you choose, we’ll show you how to connect it to your funnel or do it for you if you choose the Done-For-You setup.

Q: Can I use this system with other job boards besides Indeed?

Yes! You can share your job application link on platforms like Facebook Jobs, Craigslist, ZipRecruiter, or anywhere else — and candidates will flow directly into your funnel.

Q: Can I transfer this funnel and pipeline to another Go High Level agency?

No. This is a proprietary system built inside Outrank Automations. It’s not transferable to other agencies or accounts.

Q: Can multiple people on my team access the system?

Yes! You can grant access to your office manager, hiring assistant, or anyone else on your team who needs it.

Q: Can I use this system for local hires, not just VAs?

Absolutely. The system works for both virtual and local hires. However, we don’t recommend using this account to hire cleaning technicians or office team members it’s best suited for support/admin roles.

Q: What if I already have an HR system, do I still need this?

Yes. Even with an existing HR process, this system saves you hours by automating applicant screening, scheduling, reminders, and pipeline tracking so your team can focus on higher-level tasks.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a digital setup service with instant access, training materials, and account activation, all sales are final. However, we’re always here to support you if you need help getting the most out of your system.

Q: Are text and email message fees included in the setup price?

No. Email and SMS usage is billed separately through your automation platform (Go High Level). These are pay-as-you-go charges and are generally very low typically just a few dollars per month depending on volume.
